More on pyramid of party politics

Posters and polling, two business that grew greatly with party politics.

BKK Post's COUP DEALS BIG BLOW TO POSTER MAKERS by SURASAK TUMCHAROEN

and this one (Bangkokians prefer being happy, The Nation), I thought was a silly way to use a poll. Party politics, polling = dualities that we need to escape from.

Hmm, I noted that many of these polls had just been confined to Bangkok & suburbs. The last nationwide public poll conducted in late Sep. reflected on the people's feeling on the coup (of which over 80% supported) and many english thai papers used on their continued hammering at Thaksin (failing to mention that many of his constituencies will re-election him in a heartbeat).

P.S. I have to lend my appreciation of your personal blog on Thailand's historical & social development. Your insights have really added an extra dimension to a more holistic vision of the country & its people (as opposed to ploughing through boring BoT stats & be amused at those "dog & pony" IPO roadshows.
